  • providing doula, postpartum, and consulting services 
  • communication and appointment scheduling 
  • invoicing and legal administration 
  • improving the quality of services


I never sell, share, or distribute your data for marketing or external purposes without your permission

Data is processed based on: 

  • your explicit consent, 
  • performance of a service agreement, 
  • legal obligations (e.g., invoices).

5. Data Storage

  • Consultation notes: stored securely for max. 5 years 
  • Invoices: stored for 7 years (Dutch tax law) 
  • Emails and messages: retained only as needed for service continuity 

6. Your Rights

You may at any time request: 

  • access to your data 
  • correction or deletion 
  • withdrawal of consent 
  • restriction of processing
  • data portability


You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

I am committed to creating a safe, warm, and respectful experience for every family. If you wish to submit a complaint: 

  1. Please send an email to [email protected] describing your concern. 2. You will receive a response within 14 days. 
  2. Together we will explore a compassionate and constructive solution. 


If we cannot resolve the issue, you may submit the matter to the Dutch courts as described in the Terms and Conditions.
