I didn’t know having a homebirth was an option until discussing my preferences with her, so she changed the whole course of my pregnancy. She helped us prepare for this in every way you can imagine, from the logistics to the mental preparation.

She was a true advocate for our choices and never pressured us into any particular path — her focus was making sure we got exactly what we wanted out of the experience. As a first-time and plus-size mum going through this, I can only imagine how many choices I would have come to regret from lack of resources/information and external pressures.
I will forever be grateful that I got to have everything perfect for my first pregnancy and birth, and I have Viktoria to thank. Viktoria’s presence was magical when it came time for the actual birth. Her calming demeanor, soothing words, and presence helped me stay focused and relaxed. She was also a key support pillar for my husband and guided him every step of the way. She worked seamlessly with our midwives (who she put us in contact with), ensuring that our birth plan was respected and that I had the best possible experience. Her knowledge of comfort measures, pain management techniques, and emotional support was amazing.
She created an environment of trust and empowerment that I will forever cherish. I wholeheartedly recommend Viktoria to any expecting family, regardless of the type of birth you have in mind. She prepared me during pregnancy with helpful information and emotional support. She was there night and day during childbirth. I would not have been able to do this without her, at least not as smoothly as it was. She encouraged me, massaged me, and set the environment to my benefit. It is hard to believe, but we even laughed between contractions. I am so happy she was one of the first people holding my baby. Later, she gave me useful tips on caring for this tiny little baby.

“Viki brought me from scared to excited about birth”

“I am a real overthinker, and Viki has managed to calm my fears multiple times. My birthing story was unique, aren’t they all? But during my birth, I got to experience it all. During my 6-day labour (yes, really,) we shared some of the most beautiful moments of my life. We laughed, we cried, and I felt so empowered. I felt so supported, she was there to answer every question. She was there to hold my hand when things got tough. She was there to do silly walks around the village with me to get the baby into position and she was there to laugh hysterically with me and mop me up as I leaked everywhere (sorry, too much information).
But most importantly, she was there when I lost my spirit and got scared. I don’t know why now, but having a C-section was my biggest fear. I wanted the perfect home birth with my family and surrounded by love, however, after 5 days, I was exhausted and nervous, Viki came and helped me to burn my fears and get me to open up, which is complicated for me. It helped me as I ended up going to the hospital and having my “biggest fear”. However, the outcome was perfect. My baby is perfect. My story is perfect as it is mine. I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have been so calm throughout my pregnancy and birth if not for Viki.
She saved me multiple times, and I will forever be thankful. I will never forget every emotional moment we shared.”

“Victoria has supported both myself and my fiancée through two births, and both times, she’s been very attentive, calm and supportive. I first met Victoria after my fiancée had suggested hiring a Doula to assist the midwife in our first home birth. At first, I didn’t understand precisely what a Doula was or did. Now, I know we couldn’t have done it without her. She made me feel so comfortable during our first home birth that I delivered my third son during the second!
Victoria makes sure that both of you understand the process of having a home birth whilst also incorporating everything you visual a home birth meaning to you. Now, not only would I recommend that you seriously consider having a home birth, but I would also ask that you consider nobody other than Victoria to be your Doula.”

“Viki is an amazing person to have around in this special period. My initial approach was that we needed doctors, but everyone else was optional. Luckily, my wife convinced me otherwise, and we invited Viki to support us. She walked us through what would happen and cleared up the millions of misconceptions we had courtesy of movies and the internet. She taught us the physical exercises that help the baby settle into the right position. She brought us miscellaneous equipment required during labour.
She was great at maintaining our mental health, dispersing our fears, and setting context. We called her multiple times during the pregnancy and after birth, in some cases even in the middle of the night, to ask for advice. She was always available. At the hospital my wife’s contractions stopped, she took her for a walk, did some gymnastics, and they returned with frequent and regular contractions. I don’t know what magic she did, but I’m glad she did it. Otherwise, the doctors would have had to initiate the birth artificially. What I wrote above isn’t even half the things she did for us.
I highly recommend Viki; she will reduce the risks and greatly improve your mental health. She is a friendly helping hand who’s always available and knows her business.”
